k9pak Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering a k9pak account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to k9pak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are accessing k9pak voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered k9pak account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of other persons' identifying information — is strictly prohibited. Where k9pak identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Bonus balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited without appeal, and Real Money Balances may be subject to review.

3.2 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid residential address. k9pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration information at any time.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Material changes — including a change of name, email address, or contact mobile number — must be reported to k9pak support. k9pak accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawal payments or missed bonus notifications.

3.4 Account Closure by k9pak

k9pak reserves the right to close any account at any time, for any reason, with notice where operationally practical. Grounds for account closure include (but are not limited to): breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, and chargebacks. Where an account is closed for cause, k9pak reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

To be eligible to register and use the k9pak platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of k9pak or its affiliated game providers where such participation is restricted.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by k9pak or any affiliated responsible gaming body.

k9pak will conduct age verification checks at the point of registration and may require Players to submit a copy of their valid CNIC prior to processing any withdrawal request. Where a Player is found to have been under 21 years of age at any time during their use of the platform, their account will be immediately closed, all transactions will be voided, and any net winnings will be forfeited. k9pak will return the player's net deposits.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your k9pak login credentials. k9pak recommends that all Players:

• Use a unique password not shared with any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number.
• Never share login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of k9pak fully when using shared or public devices.

Any activity conducted through your k9pak account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify k9pak support immediately via live chat. k9pak will take reasonable steps to secure the account following notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to that notification.

k9pak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the k9pak cashier. k9pak reserves the right to modify available payment methods without prior notice.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including another individual's JazzCash wallet or bank account — are strictly prohibited and will be returned upon identification. k9pak is not responsible for any fees charged by the Player's payment provider in connection with deposits.

k9pak does not accept deposits intended for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. The use of k9pak's deposit infrastructure to move, layer, or launder funds is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities in compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by k9pak within the timeframe specified on the cashier page at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending KYC verification requirements. k9pak is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched.

7.2 KYC Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players will be required to submit a clear copy of their valid CNIC and, where required by our compliance team, proof of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being suspended until documentation is received.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Policy

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method. Where the original deposit method cannot accept the withdrawal, k9pak will work with the Player to identify an alternative method that can be verified as belonging to the Player.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the k9pak cashier and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed. Players should consolidate smaller balances before initiating a withdrawal request where the minimum threshold has not yet been met.

k9pak offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only, as specified on the promotion page. k9pak reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page and range between 20x and 50x unless otherwise specified.
• Eligible games and their contribution rates towards wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page. Sports betting wagers typically contribute differently to casino wagers — refer to individual promotion terms for details.
• Bonus offers are intended for single use per Player, household, IP address, or device. The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is treated as fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and any associated winnings.
• k9pak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or reclaim bonus funds that were awarded in error at any time.
• A maximum bet limit applies when a Player holds an active Bonus Balance. Bets placed above this limit may be voided and bonus funds forfeited. The maximum bet limit when a bonus is active is PKR 500 per round or as specified per promotion.

The k9pak sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and all other sports markets, operates under the following general betting rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the k9pak system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of any screen display shown to the Player prior to confirmation.
• Odds fluctuation: Odds displayed on the k9pak platform are subject to change before bet placement. The odds at the time of confirmed bet placement are the binding odds for that wager.
• Void bets: k9pak reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors), placed in breach of these Terms, or placed on an event or market that is subsequently cancelled or suspended. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to additional rules specific to each market type. Delays in data feeds may affect in-play bet acceptance — k9pak is not liable for losses arising from data feed delays.
• Maximum payout: k9pak imposes a maximum single-event payout of PKR 2,000,000 unless otherwise stated on the relevant market. k9pak reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific events or markets at its sole discretion.

All casino games available on the k9pak platform — including slots, live dealer games, roulette, fishing games, and instant-win titles — are governed by the rules specific to each game as provided by the game developer. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering Real Money or Bonus Balance funds.

k9pak's casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers in accordance with their licences and are available for inspection within each game's paytable or help section. k9pak does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a live casino game, the round may be voided and the stake returned, or the outcome recorded by the game server may stand — depending on the game provider's technical protocol. k9pak is not liable for losses resulting from the Player's own internet connection issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k9pak platform:

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device that gives the user an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game or sports betting market, whether the error favours the Player or k9pak.
• Placing bets with the intent to abuse bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting across multiple accounts.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or processing payments on behalf of any third party.
• Accessing or attempting to access k9pak systems other than through the standard user interface.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or criminal conduct under applicable Pakistani or international law.

k9pak is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered Players via account settings after k9pak login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the Player. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits over a defined period to control the rate at which their bankroll can be depleted.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed by k9pak support and take effect within 24 hours. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period expires.

All content on the k9pak platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, user interfaces, databases, and game assets — is the property of k9pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works of any content on the k9pak platform without prior written consent from k9pak. Unauthorised use of k9pak's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• k9pak provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
• k9pak is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or any interruption in service outside of k9pak's reasonable control.
• k9pak's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
• k9pak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits or lost winnings, in connection with the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits k9pak's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

k9pak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the k9pak platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the k9pak platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree with any amendment to these Terms may close their k9pak account at any time prior to the effective date of the amendment. Real Money Balances will be returned in full upon account closure for this reason, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9pak holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute between a Player and k9pak that cannot be resolved through k9pak's internal complaints process should be referred to the dispute resolution body specified by our licensing authority.

k9pak maintains an internal complaints process accessible to all registered Players via the live chat support function. k9pak will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a Player is not satisfied with k9pak's final decision, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
